Best chair if you have a bad lower back, June 9, 2011

This chair is the most comfortable outdoor chair I’ve ever sat in. It’s great if you have bad lower back, because it doesn’t round your back, creating opportunity for discs to slip and press on nerves. Sometimes when my back hurts and the couch isn’t working for me, I set it up in my living room and sit in it. In my opinion, the best chair out there!

It’s lightweight and the design is smart. It folds, which makes it super portable, but it’s stable. You can adjust the recline with a self-equalizing strap. The cupholder is soft, which means it conforms to a bottle or glass with a hook on it really well.

An added benefit: if you bring chairs to outdoor events like concerts and movies, you wouldn’t sit any higher then if you were just sitting on the ground, so you won’t block others’ view.

A significant decrease in quality from the previous Everywhere Chair model., November 13, 2008

I very much enjoyed my previous model of the Everywhere Chair, and used it for over a year. It did, ultimately, start to fall apart after extensive use, and so I replaced it with this newer model. The straps started to break on this “new and inproved” chair in under one month. It has a lumbar support pad, which is actually less comfortable than than the previous model that did not have this feature. Overall, this is a piece of junk!!!

This chair is a versatile, surprisingly comfortable chair! You do sit lower than other conventional chairs, that is the only downside. The chair has strap adjustments to change the recline angle, nice feature!
